Online Shop Returns, Refunds, & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Embolden Co Store! We take pride in providing high-quality, custom, and made-to-order products. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on signed books, gift bundles, jewelry, or custom/made-to-order items, including print-on-demand (POD) items (clothing), unless there is an issue with your order.

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@emboldenco.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item (and packaging, if possible).

  • Requests made after 7 days from the arrival date cannot be processed.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
     

Damages, Repairs, and Replacements

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • For domestic orders (US only), we will send a replacement after receiving the defective product, if required.

  • For international orders, we cover the replacement item cost, but the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.

  • For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS). Once shipped, we cannot replace lost or stolen items.
     

POD Items:

  • All print-on-demand products are custom and cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse.

  • Defective or misprinted items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • After approval, we will contact Printify to issue a replacement or refund.
     

Refunds

  • If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product.

  • Refunds for approved claims will be issued as store credit via an electronic gift card or original payment method if applicable.

  • All custom pieces, including POD items, are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless defective.
     

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-order items ship on the indicated date.

  • You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping occasionally. If shipping cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Import duties and taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address.
