Welcome! We’re honored you’re here. These Terms & Conditions exist to create clarity, safety, and mutual understanding as we learn and grow together.

By enrolling in any course, mentorship, school, subscription, or program offered by The Embolden Company (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following:

1. Participation & Access

When you enroll in an Embolden Co. offering, you receive access to the digital content, live sessions (if applicable), and community spaces associated with that program.

Participation in live calls or community discussions is encouraged but not required. All session replays and resources will be made available as outlined in each program.

Our content is designed to support spiritual growth and discipleship. It is not a replacement for professional counseling, therapy, medical care, or pastoral oversight in your local church.

 

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Some Embolden Co. programs—including mentorships and memberships—are offered on either a recurring subscription basis or an annual, non-recurring payment option, depending on what is available at the time of enrollment.

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the option chosen at checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method for recurring subscriptions in order to retain access.

2.5 Missed and Late Payments

If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, Thinkific will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

If payment is not successfully completed:

• Access to the program and community may be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.

• Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program and associated community spaces.

You may update your payment information at any time through your account dashboard.

We understand that life happens, and we encourage you to reach out if you experience a technical issue or need assistance.
 

3. Cancellation

If you enroll in a recurring monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

Once canceled:

• You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.

• No additional payments will be charged.

Annual, non-recurring payments are not cancelable, as they provide extended access at a discounted rate.

We recommend joining with the intention of staying long enough to fully experience the growth and fruit of the journey.

 

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Monthly subscription payments

• Annual, non-recurring payments

• One-time program purchases

Because our programs include immediate access to digital content, live sessions, and community spaces, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

• Missed sessions

• Unused content

• Early cancellation

• Change of circumstances or personal availability

Please review all program details carefully before enrolling.

5. Community Culture & Conduct

Many Embolden Co. programs include access to private online communities (such as Discord).

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage with kindness, humility, and respect

• Honor confidentiality and the stories shared by others

• Avoid divisive, manipulative, inappropriate, or harmful behavior

To protect the safety, depth, and spiritual health of the community, we reserve the right to remove a participant—without refund—if behavior consistently disrupts the culture, violates community guidelines, or harms others.

6. Intellectual Property

All teachings, recordings, written materials, activations, and resources are the intellectual property of The Embolden Company.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our offerings grow. Any changes will be posted here, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
